This is an all-time favourite in our house and in the homes of thousands of children.  Repetitive, funny and full of great actions this book has so much scope to inspire activities as well as just being a great book to snuggle up together and read.  
 
Beautifully illustrated by Helen Oxenbury the book follows a family off on an adventure to find a bear but they are met by many obstacles to overcome on their way.
